The team was able to get to us quickly and give us great recommendations on what we should do. I really got the sense that they were trying to help us keep costs low. The work was great. Every worker who stepped into our home was professional and courteous. Not only were they able to create an amazing room, they also did our backsplash in our kitchen, and built a deck in the backyard! I can't recommend them enough!"

"I'm very dissatisfied with this company as a whole. After giving my deposit, I was told they would be to my home on a set date and time. They didn't show up on set date and didn't call or text as to why no one showed up. After calling several times, the next day someone calls apologizing profusely but gave no reason as to why the workers didn't show up. When you finally get them to come, they start the project and then the cat and mouse games begin! They'll call and say they have to finish another project and would be there a little later and then call back because that other project ran longer than expected. It's now 4 months into what I was told would be no more than a week! Calling the company itself about what's going on or complain is absolutely impossible, if someone does answer the phone, they give you the run around. Parts of my electrical was messed up by their worker, I was told that they would take care of it right away. Lies, lies and more lies with this company!"

Mr. Lumpkin and crew were extremely courteous in explaining the process while working on the project, so I understood everything. A very respectful crew, that didn't mind if you asked questions or just wanted to chat with them. Crew worked at a great pace to accomplish the job at hand. After completion I was a little unhappy with the way the stamp job turned out, but Mr. Lumpkin was very accommodating and willing to work with me on the price. "Joseph was really good keeping me updated throughout the project. He was helpful and answered all my questions. His crew were all polite and hard working. It was obvious that they all knew what they were doing. They placed plywood sheets on my lawn to minimize the damage caused by the machinery and equipment that they used. There was very little damage to the lawns. Finally they cleaned up all the mess after the work was completed. I can honestly say that I would recommend them and the work they do."
