"The service was horrible Rafael is a lier we agreed on 10 trees and he cut down more than that and up the price. He told me was going to chip the limbs and make mulch instead he left it on the side of my yard by the creek and on my neighbor's property. He left tree stumps too my yard has debris all over he broke my chair. He cut my perfect 3yr old fence in 4 parts and f....k it up dig some holes through cement no water i had asked him about the cementing back the post. There is stumps pieces all over my yard. Friday he ask for half of his payment I told him no only 1000.00 then he said he the bobcat has a flat he will be back Monday. 1hr later he came back clearing the creek and my neighbor property where he hid the rest of trees and trunks. I guess because I am a woman and look young he can get over on me. But looks are deceiving, I gave 1500.00 yesterday he was supposed to clean up better and never did. He has no more money to get from me. "

They repaired soffit damage, cracked window glass, repainted all wood gables, facia and gutters with great care. The house looks wonderful. We paid less than I expected to just replace all the windows! He was patient with us when we changed colors during the project and was so easy to work with.
