This is the 3rd time I’ve used Innovative Painting and Remodeling. This project was a whole house remodel, including replacing roof, exterior and interior painting; plumbing and electrical; floors and countertops. Work was done on schedule and, more importantly, Ceasar snd I have an understanding that he performs work and make decisions on my property ad though it is his home. He has never disappointed in work quality or competitive pricing. I highly recommend. I will definitely use him again.

Terrible at the end went my jewelry came up missing. We must be vigilant of who the ownwers bring in to work on home projects. Ceaser will not respond or call me back. Dena his admin person tried to cover and call back.

"in August of 2020, Innovation Painting and Remodeling was designed to provide a service at [Member Name Removed]'s house the job was done as a homeowner requirements. The bedroom job was completed with no complaints or allegations of theft. In fact, there was an attempt to hire IPR now in 2023 for another job (the living room floors.). Customer became irate after company could not respond as soon as she wanted and begin negative posting. Our biggest apologies but at the time she was trying to hire us we was extremely busy."

I had to use this company before to correct a problem in my sunroom and had no reason to think they would not return and correct the problems I had with the most recent job as the owner had promised and as their advertisement states. The first day I called I was told they were on vacation for a week and the next week I called I was promised by Deni that Cesar would be by the next day for three consecutive days of calling her. One of my bathroom mirrors was broken and they did not mention it along with the things that needed to be corrected. If you plan to use this company, especially if you are a senior, please have someone inspect the job with you to make sure everything is done and do not pay until you are completely satisfied. Past experience turns out not to be indicative of future behavior. This was a pretty large job.

Painting I hired this company to do a painting job for me the owner of the company came to the job site on two different Occasion give me one price the first time came back and look at the job the second time he started the job paint a section of the building and then he jack up the price $8000 more this is unprofessional his explanation Was he is going to lose money The only good thing about this that he had to give me back my deposit because the bridge is on contract

Cesar and his team were extremely professional and reliable. He always came first thing in the morning to complete our basement. I decided to finish my complete bathing and he and his team were the ones for the job! I’m very happy with the turn out and would recommend him!!

Poor Cesar and his crew had the hardest time refinishing and painting the kitchen cabinet because of the rain. But they arrived ever morning on time and, using my garage instead of the “Not Sunny” outside they got everything finished. They installed new a new range hood and ceiling light, and at the end went through the kitchen and cleaned it. I will be calling them back for several more remodeling items we are planning. Cesar is meticulous, straight forward, and if it can be done he will.

Not only did they show up on time but jumped right in. A repair I expected to take several hours took them about an hour. And they didn’t just repair, they added proper structural bracing that SHOULD have been put in by the original installer. I will be hiring these good people again - this time a complete kitchen cabinet remodeling! (These were the only people willing to do this repair. I consider this company a “gem”.)

We made an appointment and on the scheduled date which was at 7:30am no one showed up. When I messaged them on angie's they said that they called the day before and since no one answered now no show. I did not get any calls, text or message via Angie's from them. If they wanted to cancel they could have just done that. They were very unprofessional in the short answer they were giving me after I waited for them.

This company's customer service is excellent!! They work with you even during late hours. My house had a very poor painting job done years ago and Innovation Painting and Remodeling was quick to give me great suggestions keeping in mind my budget. Will definitely recommend and rehire for additional remodeling to my home. :)
