Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. Despite being told the issue and location, Angel arrived without essential tools or parts. He had no equipment to locate underground pipes or solenoid valves and didn't bring the correct coupling sizes needed to fix the breaks in the line. After two unproductive visits, a third was scheduled?but by then it was clear he was either in over his head or trying to draw the job out at my expense. I canceled the final appointment and completed the repair myself. Total disappointment. I expected a professional who came prepared; what I got felt more like guesswork. I don?t recommend this service if you need timely, competent irrigation work. "

This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. Unless they go out of business, I will never use another contractor."
