"I have a construction background but was unfamiliar with encapsulation as I just moved to Georgia. The dehumidifiers Greg put in do not run continuously, they will cycle off once the humidity desired point is reached. My hardwood flooring will not buckle in the future due to excessive humidity. My vents are now permanently sealed so rodents can't come into the house in the winter. I have peace of mind knowing my home is more protected with an encapsulation.
