I am a very season vacation rental cleaner especially over on Fernandina beach/Amelia island I have been non stop with them even down season for over 3 years solid I even have my own 17 rentals that are only mine to clean! I have worked for the biggest real estate companies such as "Galphin realty" on Fernandina beach by passing out my business card when I first got LLC out and kept them until they're closing date! I've worked for half of the vacation rental property management and more than half of the realty companies as they're move out and move in cleaner at one point! I also had over 14 residentials from the time I started t I'll even now! A car dealership and a financial office I clean! I am branching out to Jacksonville and cleaning for some new air bnb type vacation rentals but I also love doing deep cleans on residentials on offices on vacation rentals on even construction clean up which I am looking to try! Quality of work was very poor and we have to have several areas redone. He left knowing there was a water leak under our new $1200 vanity and has not returned our calls voicing concerns about the “completed” project. "I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com.
