"My front yard looks like a farm. It has rows in it that are very noticeable due to the machine that Travis used. Dirt washed away because it poured down raining the next day after the Rye was planted. Travis came back and planted more seeds, but the rows remained. When it was time for the Bermuda to be planted, we texted and no response for weeks. We called and he said he would come by and plant the Bermuda, but he never showed up. We texted again and no response. Finally we asked for our $900 back that we paid for the Bermuda seed. Again, no response-Travis did not complete the job and he did not return our money. He did not even return our calls and texts. We will never hire him again and don't suggest anyone else hire him either."

"We have used Liquid Lawn for 2-1/2, almost 3 years. We moved to Warner Robins last fall and were excited that they offered a special that included lawn treatment, pest control and termite protection for one year- we prepaid for the year and apparently signed a contract that should have been explained to us. We had landscaping work done and had planted new grass. Our lawn was absolutely gorgeous. We started to notice some patches of weeds popping up and they promptly sent the tech out to treat. Within a week the areas they sprayed turned completely brown and killed not only the weeds, but also the grass. They told us we needed a treatment for lawn fungus that would cost an additional $223. We brought in a landscape professional and he recommended a product that we could apply ourselves. We decided to end our relationship with liquid lawn. We had prepaid so we thought that would be the end of it. No, they were going to start charging us $145/mo for pest control and the free termite protection. They never installed the bait stations. We decided to cancel the entire service since it was prepaid without asking for a refund. Shortly after that email, we got a call informing us that there was a $300 early termination fee. Well now we know their real motive behind their advertising! BUYER BEWARE- Liquid Lawn uses deceptive advertising and contracts- you are not getting the good deal or the customer service that you think you are paying for. We had been loyal customers paying full price for our prior service thinking we were being rewarded with a great deal at our new property- NOPE!! I hope someone reads this and doesn’t get taken advantage of the same way that we were!!"
