At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. He only has the small machine to finish up the driveway. He should have told me that from the beginning so that I would not have hired him. I already gave him $3,600 & he only gave me back $300. I would like an additional refund of $ 1,000. He only did partial grading for driveway & move the mulch in the back part of the property. There was no gravel or cement installed."
