"Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. "We contacted Floyd Tree Service about having a tree removed from on top of our storage shed.  Brian arranged the service for us and handled everything very well.  We were happy with the service and thankful to have the tree removed.  There was a delay in getting the work started due to a large storm in the area increasing the need for their services but once the work was started, the team completed the job quickly.

"Greg and his team provided us excellent service and we are very pleased with the results. We obtained several estimates for all of the work and Greg's pricing was comparable to others; he distinguished himself by actually calling us back and following up with us when we reached out to him then explaining very clearly how he would do the work needed and what the benefits were of having it done.
     Our home is old (1890) and the crawl space was very very cluttered and full of debris, hanging wires etc.  Greg's team did an exceptional job of cleaning up the space, repairing the foundation then encapsulating the very large crawlspace area.  At the end of the project, I went underneath the house with Greg and inspected all of the work. The attention to detail was very impressive. We can now easily access the crawlspace, which I was afraid to go near before, and have ample storage space that is clean, dry and well lit. The crawl space is also now totally secure thanks to the two new doors he installed, which can each be padlocked.
       I highly recommend the Crawl Space Doctor, Greg McBride!  We always knew when the guys would be coming to work on the house, they showed up when they said they would and completed the project within the time-frame given to us. Greg explained exactly what they would be doing and how they were going to do it.  He even went above and beyond by installing some lights for us in the crawlspace as well as an underground tube to direct water from a downspout directly to a drainage pipe.

"We were contacted promptly and set an appointment for the work to be done.  They arrived timely and upon review of the dryer setup they advised us that there would an additional cost to clean out our exterior vent, if desired, because it required them getting on the roof.  The additional $20.00 price quoted was reasonable and we had the interior and roof vent work done.  The dryer attachment was in a very tight space and they were patient in re-attaching the dryer to fit in the tight space.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
