"I hired Flores Innovation Services in January to build a 112 ft retaining wall on my property. Everything was done in a timely manner from getting the estimate to completion. Communication was great throughout the process. The only issue we ran in to was having materials delivered. Charlie let me know as soon as that happened, and worked quickly to find another supplier. "I had major land erosion issues due to the way he cut my land which is near the top of a mountain. He cut the area where the house was built into a bowl that is clay soil. I had 3 graders and my builder questioning why he cut the land the way he did. We had a land slide after Helene. The culvert he put at the top of the property was too high to drain anything and water would sit near the home until it evaporated. I discussed all of this with him and he said he would come out and fix it. He never fixed it. I paid another grader to reslope the land so it could drain properly. "
