"After trying to get several other companies to answer phone calls and schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was very friendly and quickly took down my information and told me that I would receive a phone call soon, up to 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive at my house. about 2 hours later I received a phone call from the plumber who said they were about 10 minutes from my house. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

Bill and his helper arrived exactly on time and they began working immediately. The work took about one hour. They were very careful and definitely knew what they were doing. They removed the old fan, packaging, and tools leaving the work area (master bedroom) immaculate. The remotely controlled fan and light worked perfectly. NOTE: Despite only having only one previous review, Bill said he had over 600 customers in this area (including many military personnel).
