"The representative over-promised on the install day; we had to wait a week before they came. However, when the laborers arrived, they worked relentlessly from about 10:30 am to 6:30 pm to get the job done. Quality of work is good, but we can see a few seams where the carpet had to be cut and fused together. We bought the "best" when given the "good, better, best" line of samples. We also got the upgraded pad. The carpet looks great and the feel is a combination of plush and sturdy. I love to walk on it in my bare feet. Empire did meet and beat the other two estimates I had been given by other companies."
