Juan seemed to understand the need to get the quote for the INSURANCE CLAIM generated so the adjuster would understand that certain items were IMMEDIATE needs and others were more intricate, but EQUALLY important! We had more work we needed Juan to consider BEFORE the holidays, at several of our homes AND mine, but that will DEFINITELY not happen now!"
