I hired him to do several small projects around the house prior to listing it for sale; he came out and looked at what needed to be done. He was very friendly and helpful, and said it would take him about 2 hours to complete. He stated he was working on other projects but he would be back either Wednesday or Thursday; I said it was ok AS LONG as he was able to get it done by Friday, before the realtor came out to take pictures and video? he said he would definitely be back before then. Friday came and I still hadn?t heard from him, so I finally called him Friday afternoon. He texted me at 4:23 Friday afternoon saying ?Been meaning to touch base with you??, and then said he was detained on a job in Bay County. He said ?Sorry, May be another week?. I understand these things happen, however, he could have called me earlier in the week to let me know he wouldn?t be able to make it, so I could find someone else. I ended up having to hire someone and pay extra because he had to come out on a weekend to do the work, and they considered it an ?emergency job?, due to the quickness of the request and being a weekend. Again, I was clear on the deadline I had, and all he had to do was notify me early enough so I could find someone else.

I would not recommend him to anyone. He is not a man of his word.

Easy to work with. Picked up required materials for me. Went with me to Home Depot to select needed materials. During time with me made several good suggestions regarding care of the home. Would hire M&M again. A-1 Service.

All of the companies were very responsive. However, M&M went the extra mile to provide finishing touches which enhanced the project. They were reasonably priced. They cleaned up each day. This was one of the best experiences with a contractor I have had.

I paid a pretty good price for a patch job.

This guy is wonderful! I immediately felt at ease when he came to check out our job. He called me the very next day! Such relief because not only did he do a great job....he actually knew my husband from a previous job he had worked. He put in our patio French doors and will be putting in our tile entrance way in front of the doors. This guy is EXCELLENT!!!!! GREAT WORK!!!!!
