He was very friendly and helpful, and said it would take him about 2 hours to complete. He stated he was working on other projects but he would be back either Wednesday or Thursday; I said it was ok AS LONG as he was able to get it done by Friday, before the realtor came out to take pictures and video? he said he would definitely be back before then. I ended up having to hire someone and pay extra because he had to come out on a weekend to do the work, and they considered it an ?emergency job?, due to the quickness of the request and being a weekend. Again, I was clear on the deadline I had, and all he had to do was notify me early enough so I could find someone else."
