One time they actually came back out and recleaned the entire house. I did use carpet cleaning service from them once and did not like it. I got better results renting a machine from Lowes and doing the carpets myself. The house cleaning was great though. It seemed like they tried to keep the same crew with my house, so the girls cleaning got used to what I wanted done.
