We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! "The agreement for the fence was for the beginning of May. It is now July 3rd and the fence is still not completed & is so poorly done that it has to be torn down & redone. He was also originally hired for multiple projects including my back deck which currently does not have rails on one side because he tore it down & has yet to replace it. I also have a board on my back deck that is not attached & a trip hazard. At this point, we are owed a refund of over $4k for projects not completed that he was given in good faith."
