He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work. Should we need to replace our HVAC system in the future, we will want Chad to handle it. Excellent service. "

"The Pro was supposed to come on June 30th at 5:00 p.m. When he did not show up I called his phone number and got his brother. His brother said he would come at 7:30 p.m. which he did, but he did not fix my two items completely. He was booked to come back on July 12th to finish the job but never showed up despite me leaving two messages on his voicemail and texting him to remind him to come. He never came nor responded to me."
