We have several windows that are difficult to reach, including some odd shaped windows which made his job more difficult. We live on the lake so windows and eaves on the back are particularly dirty. We had our house, roof, wraparound front porch, deck, pergola, out building, sidewalk and driveway washed and cleaned! They even took us through the process of having our roof treated for algae and moss. They spent about 10 hours at our property and worked tirelessly in the heat to make sure everything was perfect! He also examined the chimney structure on the top of the house and in the attic for any deficiencies. He did point out updates that should done to the chimney to improve function and safety--especially since the chimney was house was built prior to current code.
