"I have been a Peachtree client since the early 90?s. They have install three units in our home over those years. We also have always been under a service contract which is renewed yearly. Saw an issue with our system and asked about Carbon monoxide detectors in our home, which we do have. No other discussion. After he left I thought about that question and did some research. I decided to call Peachtree to speak with someone but the call center took a message and said someone would call back within a day. No return call. I waited two days and call again. Same answer. NOW A WEEK LATER AND NO RETURN CALL. There also may be an issue regarding if Peachtree did or did not file warranty on the unit with Lenox. BE CAREFUL. This was a great company when it was locally owned and operated. It has changed!!"
