"I am a retired facilities services Buyer and have hire many contractors over the course of 30 years. Ms. Bailey was the first of the three contractors to get back to me. She responded promptly to my request for quote. She is honest and true to her word. She understood that I was out of state and that I needed her to clean up yard waste and junk left behind by a former tenant. "Lonnie was very professional, courteous, thorough, and hard working. We had just moved into a new house and it was not up to my standards in terms of cleanliness.
