There work was neat and considering the task of completing the addition of a ramp and a shed roof over a pre-existing deck that was originally constructed years ago and having nothing truly square or plumb on the original structure, Reggie did an excellent job in making a silk purse out of a son's ear. There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. "They failed to remove the deckplates from the old wood which was to hold up my awning. I ordered new ones which he said he would pay for & install when they were received. They left raised nails which I had them come back and fix. I found a big chunk of wood chipped from one of the spindles surrounding the deck. I spoke with him when I receive the deckplates he said he would be out the following week. He called & said he couldn't make it that particular day and that he would be out later in the week. It has been 2 weeks now, no word from him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt before leaving this review. I would not recommend him for anything. For someone who has been doing this for 27 years (HIS WORDS) it was a very shoddy job. Miss Mxxxxxx"
