"Resurfaced a shower. It looks fantastic! Company could do a better job with communication. We moved everything from the shower, but didn't know that the coating would go everywhere in our bathroom. Door knobs now have a film on them as well as other surfaces in the bathroom. I would have taken everything out of the bathroom had I known. The service man did not communicate what would be happening, such as going through our bedroom to open a window to put a large exhaust pipe out the window. I am not upset, but communication could have been much better."

The salesman was very nice, which was to be expected. The project manager we had made no effort to keep us informed on the timeline and installation status. The crew and workers who came to physically do the installation were great but I felt like for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have better communication from the project manager. Also, when we signed paperwork with the salesman on the job, we were promised the shower would only take 4 weeks (entire job to be finished within two days) at the most to be finished. However, it actually took 8 weeks from signed papers to completion and two different installation dates because they did not have the door ready. After this experience, if we could have hired out the contractors only that would have been ideal. The company left much to be desired in both communication and meeting promised deadlines."

"Jimmy did an excellent job refinishing a garden tub in an investment property I just purchased. The finished product looked brand new. The only constructive criticism I have is for Jimmy to do better explaining the overall refinishing process (before, during and after) the job is completed. The reason being, I was not initially aware that all of the paper covering that Jimmy put down to protect all of the items in the bathroom needed to remain for 48 hours so when I saw Jimmy's "completed" job I was a not frustrated to find all the paper coverings in my bathroom. I thought all of that would have been completed by Jimmy prior to him leaving my property. However, once I called him he explained why everything was left covered and came back the very next day and cleaned up everything. Overall, it was a positive experience and Jimmy's workmanship was excellent."
