"The crew of three men arrived as promised. They were polite and professional throughout the entire process. They kept me informed of what they were doing and asked my preference several times along the way. They covered our furniture and floors and were very conscientious about protecting our belongings. The company owner stopped by to check on the job both days of work. The actual work was jack hammering 8 inches of basement floor for 36 feet at the foot of the wet wall. They carried out all the debris and carried in clean gravel to lay in the trench along with a pvc pipe with holes in it for drainage. Then they covered the pipe with more clean gravel. They installed a drain in the system in the event of major water (we don't have this problem but it's great to have should a water pipe break or something in the future) and installed a pump to move the water out of the basement. They installed a drain into which we can directly drain our dehumidifier and installed another drain access along the wall if we would ever want to move the dehumidifier or install another one. They also installed a drain against the wet wall that would drain into the drain and pump system. Then they cemented over the trench so all that is visible is a fraction of an inch of drain against the wall and you wouldn't even know it was there unless you stood very close to the wall and looked down. The place was a mess throughout the process -- it's just a dirty, messy job. But the crew cleaned up after themselves and, aside from the inevitable light coat of dust on most surfaces, they left our place as they found it originally. I couldn't ask for more of them. The only item left is for the electrician to install a GFCI box for the pump and dehumidifier. AAA does not do electrical work but they contacted one for me and we are making those arrangements now. Overall, this was a great job and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm very glad we went with Jeff and Donna and their crew for this project. "
"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! The guys at Free Emergency Plumber.Com even helped when dealing with my insurance company. Start to finish they handled just about everything for me, all I had to do was sit back and let them work. Amazing company, Amazing people, I highly recommend Free Emergency Plumber.Com."

"I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues you might have. He exposed a hidden problem that I was not aware of and came up with a fix that was cost effective. I would hire them again."
"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
"Elec72I started with using "Richard the Handyman" for a request to replace 2 sets of french door and some other sheet rock work that I had in the house. He did an excellent job on the doors and sheet rock repairs. In fact, I used Richard for about 2 to 4 weeks straight to make repairs to a rental house. Between Richard's work and the landscaper, the leasing agent wanted to sell the house due to the fact that it looked too good to be marketed as a rental. Ultimately, It was rented. What I can say about Richard that his word is good. He charges you what he says, shows up when he is suppose too, and finishes the job or jobs before moving onto his next client. I used Richard to do the following and I thought all of his work was very good and some of it was pure excellent. He did the following; 1) Replaced 2 sets of french doors. The doors did not fit right that I had ordered. He worked around the problem and came up with a great solution, 2) replaced a 32" basement door, 3) repaired sheet rock in walls, 4) repaired 3 or 4 spots in stippled ceilings. Out of the 4, only one was the repair obvious. You could not see the repair on the other 3. 5) He leveled a tub for me and repaired all damage to sheet rock and tile. 6) He painted the living room and ceiling. His paint work is excellent. 7) He repaired appliances for me. 8) He installed a microwave, bathroom fan, security light, repaired a wiring issues, 9) installed 2 toilets and snaked the pipes for me. 10) He replaced a water heater and repaired an outdoor bid hose faucet. 11) he installed a sump pump in my crawlspace to deal with water problem. 12) He repaired carpet, cleaned carpet, and did a touch up job on the house to make it more appealing. 13) He pressure washed the exterior. Overall, Richard did a great job and will do about any job that you have. He is honest and never deceived or took anything from me and kept his word through the 4 weeks. When he could find a way to save me money, he did. What else is to be said."
"Fixed shower but stated Toilet not on work order but suggested remedy. To keep in mind: If you need more than one thing done, Be sure to specify on initial work order as they will only do what is on work order from AHS"

If you know the job is going to be extensive (and you don’t like surprises), hiring a Roto-Rooter specialist may make sense for you. You’ll know how much you’re going to pay right away.
That said, hiring the best plumber isn’t solely about price. If you've worked with a plumber you trust before or have a list of plumbing services you need tackled at your home, working with a plumber might be a better choice for you.
A broken flange could lead to serious issues. When a flange breaks, the toilet is no longer secured to the subfloor, which leads to constant rocking when in use. Over time, this breaks the wax seal between the toilet and flange and causes leaking throughout the substrate, bathroom floor, and ceilings below the bathroom.
You can pour bleach down the toilet as long as you dilute it since undiluted bleach can damage your toilet bowl. If you choose to use bleach to remove stains from your toilet, mix every cup of bleach with a gallon of water. You should also follow safety precautions when using bleach, like working in a well-ventilated area, wearing gloves, and never mixing it with any other cleaner.
Some of the most common bathroom leaks include showers, sinks, and toilets. Most homeowners discover these leaks because of the chronic dripping sound faucets and showers make as water drips to the ground, but a leaky toilet will often appear as a puddle. Inspect your bathroom faucets, showers, and toilets every month to detect leaks quickly.
A standard toilet flange should fit snugly into the outflow pipe and sit level with the subfloor. Installing a new one without first removing the old one will make it impossible to form a seal and keep the toilet bowl bolted securely in place.
However, if you’re dealing with leakage or wobbling because you’ve installed a new type of bathroom tile (making the floor taller), you may be able to avoid fully replacing the flange by opting for a toilet flange extender. Extenders typically come in kits for easy DIY installation, fit over the existing flange, and bring the drain connection higher.
