"This company came out in 06/28/17 - as of this writing, on 10/28/19 my windows still are not installed. When I signed the contract, I was not informed of the 12 week lead time to install the windows. When I asked to cancel the contract due to this fact, the office manager was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. Every single contact with them has been rude and unpleasant. They have $1118.00 of a widow's money, I've tried to contact them, I've written reviews ... CRICKETS. NOTHING. This morning, they randomly show up at my from door. I explained to them that I didn't call them but maybe a friend that I had been complaining to about the situation could have. Upon investigation, she did; however, THEY did not call the number on the contract to confirm the appointment - if they did, they would have known that I didn't schedule anything for this morning, 10/28/19; and, that I most certainly wasn't going to give them anymore of my money due to the fact of the manner in which they've conducted themselves. So, they show up randomly, tell me to wait, they leave without saying a word. That's this company!!!"

"My 40 year roof failed after 14 years due to hail damage, and installation issues that allowed leaks that caused some wood and some chimney board to rot. As you can imagine I was looking for quality not a cheap deal with the replacement roof and I got it with Magnum. They gave me a quote to replace the roof and all identified problems including the ceiling repair and painting. They can do everything, not just a roof which was great to only need one vendor. If you want a vendor who comes, does the work and leaves causing the least amount of disturbance as possible then check with them. They arrived with four roofers and four sheetrock installers and painters. They spotted a few issues during roof removal that were repaired and a gutter issue on the front of the house corrected and replaced. They came into the house, taped down floor covering, used foot protection and got to work. Some sheetrock in one room had to be replaced, and in other areas repaired and painted. They covered the furniture, swept up the sheetrock particles and did a fantastic paint job. You can not even tell where the replacement and repairs were made. They were very respectful of my property, courteous and very professional. They came to work and were very fast and accurate. They made it look so easy and didnt stay long enough for me to get nervous with a too slow job because they were replacing the roof the same time they were repairing the inside. I was so pleased I did a separate contract to paint my outside trim, gutters, and garage. The result is a thick, smooth paint finish with name brand paint. As i said, I needed a professional job this time, not a “deal” just to get the job done. I feel confident this project was done the right way and will last. They took photos of each problem for me to verify, gave me I a guarantee on the work and shingles. Since my insurance was paying for most of the replacement and repairs I upgraded my shingle quality due to the worse storms we are experiencing in more recent years and how quickly the prior roof failed. Sometimes you get what you pay for and I did pay a professional price but for a very thorough professional job which will extend the life of the roof and property. Highly recommend this company who can do just about any job you need inside or outside."

"The job was very professional from beginning to end. Good communication, and everything was well explained. The removal of the old deck was excellent. There was no damage to any other structure and cleanup was excellent. The new deck is so much better than he old one - even with using the basic deck materials. "The first day install of the walk in door was ok except the door was hinged to open out in the wrong direction. The build of the barn style bay door did not go well and essentially 3 hours after my brother suggested how to attach the plywood on the outside they did so and stopped for the day. When I complained as I considered the men not able to do the job the boss Randy came out on Monday with the same 2 men and claimed that we didn't specify how the door should open and stated that there would be no extra charge to do the build right. We (my brother and I) explained "Old School" side hinged bay doors were built out of wood and not just a metal frame with plywood put only on the outside as they thought. The workmen then went to work building the door as we asked with interior and exterior casing over the metal frame. The owner Randy Tudor had claimed when he was there that he didn't have his notes with so could not say what the price was. When the job was complete he failed to come to get payment and sent a text message indicating the total was 1625.00 for the job. Today, Wednesday after texting back and forth a couple of times he showed up and provided a receipt for the agreed sum of 1200.00 for the job and accepted payment stating he wasn't going to argue the price."
