"Getting our new house painted was the first step into making it our home. Luke was very quick to respond when we reached out. We had a couple delays on our end and he was very accommodating. He got the work done in a timely manner. He takes directions very well, he’s professional, clean and on time. He made sure we were satisfied with everything throughout the process. "After an initial quote was agreed upon he (Zak) started on 5/24/25 on front porch which took awhile due to weather. It was completed 6/5/25. He (Zak) started on back porch/deck 6/5/25 and upon another inspection found 1 deck board the needed to be replaced. He continued working sanding the deck and did remove the 1 board to be replaced. After a few hours he said he was done for the day. He later sends a text and ask to pay the $124.34 for deck screws and board. All I asked was for to see receipt of material for the board. That resulted in him (Zak) telling me that’s a good price and it could and will be more if I do agree and pay this amount ($124.34). He also said that he thought that was a “**** good price”. I didn’t appreciate him speaking to me that way and the whole conversation is better told in text messages. All I want now is for someone else other than this (Zak) to just complete the job according to original contract."
