I waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to observe if any leaks or other concern that might arise. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. They started & finsihed the work within the specified time period mentioned by Michael Addisen. We conducted another yard walkdown for clarification, but I must say that Tree Worx seems to have closed all gaps between their sales and production efforts – the guys knew the job. The service team, Slaton, Esteban, and the two Johns were efficient, professional, and organized. They conducted all work in short order as promised and demonstrated great concern for our house and the rest of the yard. Clean-up was excellent and one would hardly know they were there at all except for our pretty, newly trimmed trees and the great street appearance of the house and yard. "I called and asked for an annual gutter cleaning. I was charged for the cleaning I recieved in 2022 with the same photos for January 2023. I had to send in my own pictures as proof that my roof was never cleaned. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. I never recieved an apology for being sent a bill for completed service. The service was rescheduled and completed without any good loyalty to customer, and once again charged me full price."
