We provide the highest European standards of cleaning, with the help of our world-class staff, who are trained in Eastern-European traditional techniques. Our CEO and founder is from Kyiv, Ukraine herself, and has a passion to provide women with an opportunity to help their homelands and families. We are proud to be the highest-ranked residential cleaning service in the greater Atlanta area. Our Process Explained During the first step in ordering services from 5 Star Cleaned, we collect a comprehensive understanding of the layout of your home, any specific areas needing special attention, or customized requests. From this information gathered, our highly skilled team builds a strategic plan, orders supplies, secures staffing resources, and confirms scheduling. Upon arrival at our pre-scheduled time, we will walk through the entire home first, matching the layout to our collected information, making notes on areas that may need further attention, and highlighting any tasks of interest to the team members. Our services are almost always delivered by an extensive team (2 or more technicians), highly trained in specific functional areas. Each team is overseen by a captain, and all members of the team collectively are responsible to govern our highest European standards. Before we call any service complete, the captain will go through their 100+ pt inspection list, which is then signed off not only by them but each member of the team. Checks and Balances. We will always welcome and encourage feedback as to the things we do well, and especially areas where we need to improve. It is our ultimate objective to provide the highest quality of service, world-class customer experience and all at a reasonable price.
