"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

On the day of the job, they came on time, as promised. They even performed some extra tasks that were not discussed, but appreciated!They moved appliances, shelves, railings and cleaned up!
