"Chad and his team are very reliable and do a GREAT JOB! They were very meticulous & did a Great Job! They 1st did our deck and a small partial fence area a month or so back. We were so happy we had them come back and replace the fence on the opposite side with cedar fencing looks great we have a older 1915 home and it defined the space and brought out the flowers etc. They picked up after themselves each day and gave us a wonderful and fence & deck to enjoy!! "Used Angi to find help on 1-10-2025. Of the six companies I requested estimates from, Alonsos was the only one that responded. It was the next day. We needed repair to the house due to a branch spearing the back of it. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to come on Monday. The repairs were finished in a short time. My son thought to ask about our upper deck railing and the front board that was bad on the lower deck. Again we were given a reasonable quote and the work was done that day. To my surprise he replaced all three sides of the lower deck and added shoring. For the upper deck he enclosed the corners and it looks amazing. I will definitely keep him on speed dial for future work."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Jeffery did a great job on my deck and pergola repair and replacing the front steps to my home. We arranged for him to come out and evaluate the deck and repairs required. We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. I would recommend him highly."
