"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

"Don’t use this company. They did a fireplace job for us that cost a LOT of money. Multiple stones fell off within months of the job. They replaced them with broken stones and, when confronted about it, Dave gaslit it us by saying “why don’t you like it?” His argument was that the broken stones worked just as well. He promised to come fix the job to our liking but disappeared after and never did. After six and a half months I finally texted him to forget about it."

"I got three estimates and ‘58 Foundation was by far the best. They explained all my options and worked within my budget. I needed foundation repair in specific areas under a load bearing wall and around my front door. They showed up on time. The foreman, Cam, kept me informed on the process. He along with the crewmen, Jordan and Keylin were courteous and professional and left the work area even cleaner than they found it.
