"Jonathan showed up on time and went right to work with prepping the walls for painting. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The interior of my home was painted in a professional manner. They finished on time and replaced all items to their original places. They cleaned up and left the home just as the found it. I would use them again for additional jobs around my place. "Two very professional folks showed up for the work. Showed me before and after pictures. They not only did a great job cleaning out my duct work and dryer vent, but kept my house clean while doing so. Probably completed the job in under two hours. Highly recommend!"

"I had family come into town on a short notice and needed a deep clean ASAP, do to a time crunch I couldn’t find anyone with availability, I reached out to Fit and Fresh and explained I needed something done same day or next and they made it happen!
