"I'd been using a different dryer vent cleaning firm for the past dozen years probably, when I decided to look up their phone number and noticed their Google Reviews rating was 1.5 out of 5, so quite poor, and I too questioned whether that firm was doing a good job because they always finished the job very quickly, too quickly, I imagined to be thorough and deep. So I used Angi to find highly rated firms, and this Alpha & Omega was one of two with very high ratings, their price was much better, and from discussing details, I got a good impression that they'd do a thorough job. I was astounded at the amount of lint they removed from my tenant dryer vent/duct, which is unusually long and has a right angle. They removed about half a cubic foot of lint that had been building up for probably several years. This means they removed what the prior firm failed to move. This may have saved me from a fire or lawsuit. Both the technician and salesman were a pleasure to speak and work with."
