After reviewing the estimates in detail, I decided to go with Shane Franich of GreenFrog LLC. He was always prompt and courteous, and answered all my calls and messages on a timely basis. His estimate was very reasonable for the work being provided, and along with Marco of Prime Construction, did an excellent job on the painting and repair of our home. I would definitely use them again for any future projects!"

"Do not use! We hired out a full home renovation back in March & have nothing good to say. Primary bathroom tile grout has completely washed out in some areas and not sloped to the drain correctly. Causing mildew in each corner of the shower floor. Hardwood floors are not sealed properly all throughout the home. Sheetrock areas have not been sanded in areas previously discussed. Has very poor time management skills, and likes to take days/weeks off at a time in the middle of an ongoing project. The owner Tyler Woodard has been contacted about correcting these issues and does not respond."

A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."
