"This was the third contractor we have ever dealt with, and by far the BEST.  We decided on a Friday to go with remodel and Monday morning he was there but 8:30 with his crew, and from that day on till the end of the project, they never took days off to leave us and go to his other projects. What made this so easy was Todd listen to what I wanted, I even got a banquet, a larger island and yes a beverage cooler where my husband can keep his drinks. One thing about his crew, they are so nice and honest that I never felt uneasy leaving them in my house while we were at work. One thing you need to do, when Todd says he is ready to start you better have lights, fixtures, and other things within his scheduled time, they work hard and fast.  If I ever have anything else done I will definently choose Todd and his Crew. "Our house is low and I was concerned about the increasing issues with water we were experiencing. Curt was very calm on the phone, explained what was going on and arranged a date for his team to come out to take a look. Mario came out, was very calm and thorough. He gave us some clear and simple steps to take in our yard which has stopped water pooling in the low points, and set a date for the water proofing work in the crawlspace. Curt gave us a reminder call a few days prior to the project starting. Jonathan and team came out on time and they worked incredibly hard over the next two days in a tight space. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment.
