"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

I found a photo of the garage I liked on his FB page...we wanted something that would match our house built in 1940, and the photo I found on his page couldn't have been more perfect. Dustin showed up on a Saturday with his crew and built the entire thing from scratch in a day and a half. Cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. "The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."

"I Purchased the "Big Deal" for Chimney Sweeping & Inspection. The technician (i think it was Van Davis) was right on time. There was some scheduling issue due to some family emergency with them but they communicated and rescheduled as per my availability. I was not sure when the chimney was last cleaned/swept. Van did an excellent job. He offered me some valuable suggestions and tips about operating our gas fireplace. He also inspected the rooftop area as well. Found out an issue with the coating done by a pest control company.
Overall I was very satisfied with Hearthmaster.
