"????? We hired this company for stripping and waxing our floors and the results were amazing. The floors honestly look brand new again?super shiny, clean, and professional. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything they were doing so we knew what to expect. Very respectful, polite, and easy to communicate with. The attention to detail was excellent, especially around the edges and high traffic areas. You can tell they take pride in their work. Pricing was fair and the quality definitely exceeded expectations. We will be using them again for regular maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone needing floor care services!"

The best solution for mopping floors depends on the type of floor you have, but a good all-around or multi-purpose DIY floor cleaner is 2 cups of warm water, 5 to 10 drops of liquid dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is safe to use on tile, laminate, wood, polished concrete, vinyl, and more, as it’s relatively neutral and lacks caustic and abrasive chemicals that could be harmful to children and pets. You can also use a multi-purpose commercial cleaner, but make sure to follow the directions for safety.
Services typically take 2-4 hours, depending on the area size and floor material.
Sweep daily, use appropriate cleaners, and avoid abrasive tools to maintain the shine.
Yes, polished concrete floors are worth it for homeowners who want durability, style, and low maintenance in one sleek flooring surface. You get the modern visual appeal of stone or tile with far less upkeep and far less cost. Polished concrete flooring is tough enough for high-traffic areas, it’s a great choice for people with allergies, and it’s easy to clean. If your existing concrete is in good shape, polishing it can give you solid value that shines on for years.
The cost to polish floors averages around $200per room, but you could pay anywhere from $100 to $300. Some factors that influence the total cost of floor polishing include the following:
Square footage of flooring
Type of floor
Whether you need floor repairs done beforehand
Whether or not you want professional floor cleaning done beforehand
Since square footage is the most significant cost factor, you might get a more accurate estimate by using the average cost per square foot for floor polishing, which is between $1.00 and $2.50.
