"We have been trying to contact HomeCraft Gutter Protection regarding our warranty. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls (voicemails) from the contact numbers they have provided. The other numbers listed are either not working, or you are not able to leave a voicemail. At this point I do not think it matters what number you call, unless they are trying to get your business. Customer Service after the installation is absolutely horrible. We assumed that this was a reputable company. Obviously, they are one of the business that presents well up front, however do not hold up their end of the bargain after the fact."

"I hired Greg to inspect a house before I recently purchased. Greg missed a sewer backup that flooded my house when taking the first shower in the house. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and hired him to install gutters. The gutters constantly overflow, don’t drain and hold water. Greg says he’ll send hos colleague who seems to just show up without calling when I’m not at home. They say nothing is wrong. The last thing was to sell me leaf guards, but not a leaf in the gutters as they overflow. It also took several months of calls and texts (even had to get my realtor involved) to even get an invoice for the substandard work that I did pay for. I would never do business, nor would I recommend this “company”."

"Mr. Rick Comton and a female associate came and pitched a price to install windows in our home. I bought Windows from Windows and Doors of Macon(Rick Comton) I have receipts for the initial payment and the second and final payment. The owner is named Mr. Rick Comton. As the windows were being installed, we noticed a damaged (new) window. The grid line were not straight in a brand new window and another window had a damaged latch. The install said they would be back with a new window and to fix the latch. As of this date they have not been back. I have spoken to Rick and the female associates who states their only defense is that we signed off on them. Mr. Rick promised a warranty but has ignore our phone calls until I posted a review. He said he would be back on Wednesday the 20th. He never showed up. Please help. I just want the windows that are not damaged. The windows look horrible."
