On July 22 my Ac unit shorted out and burnt up . I called Hugh's mechanical on 7/23/18 and they came to my home within two hours. It was determined that everything needed to be replaced . Made financial arrangements and they were at my home on July 24, at 800 am and by 12 noon I had a brand new unit inside and out. Very courteous and professional. The temperature was 87 degrees when they started it was a hot job. 2 hours after they were done my house was a cool 75 which is chilly. Love it ! They even moved my thermostat to a more appropriate place .Very happy with my new AC

Hugh's were prompt, responsive and got the new sys in by noon. Pretty amazing. I wasn't completely satisfied with the original thermostat they provided and replaced it with another which meets my needs and at no extra charge. They also upgraded the 16" return to an 18" return. I got 6-bids and theirs was the most practical and no hard sales hype or pushy Reps like most of the rest. Yep, happy camper so far..we'll see how it goes this next year.. Is a locally family owned business who tend to their customers well and care about their reputation

I called in morning. Service was provided that afternoon. Not only did they fix my downstairs unit but found the upstairs unit had a clogged drain which they took care of. Hugh has been servicing my ACs for many years now. I have never had a bad experience. He is prompt, efficient, and professional. If he can't make it on the agreed time he calls and we arrange another time although that has only happened once.

Hugh is very friendly, professional and responsive. He doesn't oversell but delivers facts and prices along with his recommendation. I am in Sales and it is my lifeline. I have referred Hugh to many of my customers needing assistance in his profession and he has taken great care of them. I would not do that without complete trust in his services.

He gave us choices and prices that best fit our home size, he was honest and informative. The unit is very cost efficient, we have occupied our house now for two years and there have been no problems.

Outdoor fan quit working sat evening. Hugh came out Monday noon and unit was repaired on the spot. Working great now.

Absolutely perfect situation.  Arrived right on time.  Had to work in a HOT attic, taking out the old unit and carrying up the new one.  Zero issues.  New unit functioning perfectly.  Highly recommend.

Hugh and his crew were in and out in less than half a day. They replaced the outside AC unit & the inside air handler/ heat pump. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and to our satisfaction. Two thumbs up to Hugh. He is a small businessman, a Christian, and a family man. He treats his customers as he would like to be treated and stands behind his work. Over the course of several years, Hugh has serviced the HVAC systems at 2 of our houses and we have never had a bad experience.
