"This company is a joke . I understand the situation at hand right know with covid-19 but the lack of communication with this company is unacceptable. I hired this company AMBER HICKS for wedding coordinator and florist . Almost a year ago I have had nothing but issues with her not answering emails and text then giving me excuses one after the next with why she didn’t respond there was a point I went weeks with out hearing from her . She never contacted not one of my vendors I had to do all of that all the way up to a week before my wedding . Unfortunately covid-19 stepped in and changed everything . I was dealing with her long distance for I am in Louisiana and she is in Georgia. I have asked multiple times for a refund again with NO RESPONSE FOR A WEEK . My wedding has passed no response on if my flowers were able to be postponed no responses at all. Until she emails after my event has passed with her nonsense no refund policy .. she will take your money and run beware."
