Very nice man. Cleaned the whole elevator inside and out and even underneath! Fixed an outer door so that it wouldn't stick, and checked everything thoroughly to make sure that it was running correctly. Also answered some questions I had.

Nate was a great guy to work with. His communication was excellent always letting you know what is going on. He worked hard and price was reasonable.

The service man was very personable and very professional.

I am extremely proud to give Elite Elevators a 5-star review. With some elevator issues in our new residence in Atlanta, we used Angi.com to select Elite Elevators. Mr. Nate Cook called and arranged to come in a very efficient manner. He clearly showed his expertise and deep understanding of elevators, quickly identified the issue, and patiently explained to me the system, issue, potential cost, and approach. As we were having a tight schedule, Nate put his extra efforts to get the necessary part over-night and to come working on our elevator late Friday afternoon for several hours. He did a great job at repairing the elevator while keeping the work site and surrounding area super clean and organized. All-in-all, Nate was truly professional with excellent skills, communication, honest, and respects to his customs. He was also very kind and easy to work with. Now our elevator is back to work in an excellent condition. We feel very fortunate to be able to put our task in his hands, and we are also so thankful for his hard work and excellent job. We will certainly go back to him for any elevator repair and maintenance and would highly recommend him to our friends and others without any reservation. Thank you Nate!
