"See above about quote process.
When I chose Deluxe to do the repair, the same repairman who quoted the job did the job. He was there on time. Did the exact work which had been quoted. Did the repair quickly and cleaned up after. It has been several months and a number of significant rains following the repair and we have not seen one new water spot! Excellent job, they did what they said they would do, did it quickly and came when they said they would.

"I also asked for estimates on some wood rot repair on the Chimney and dormers.The repairs were done to my satisfaction.
I asked for estimates on some other work and it seemed their estimates high in price.I will obtain other estimates to check their prices.I am not sure if the price for the wood rot repair was a fair one but i contracted the work since they were already on the roof.
