"Joan of Ark was amazing! Will definitely call her again! Angi on the other hand NEVER AGAIN!!!! The customer service line is horrible! The wait is ridiculous! The first person they sent out sent an email 90 minutes before it was time for them to come and did not show up, did not call to say they weren't, and did not answer the phone when we called! The second person canceled right at the time they were supposed to show up! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE ANGI AGAIN!! I would reach out to Joan of Ark personally for services!!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I would definitely call Richard again for projects around my house. He was very professional and even secured a few loose pieces of trim in my kitchen at no charge when I asked him how much he would charge me to do it. Nice man and I would highly recommend him."
