"My husband Bill and I are extremely pleased with the service and quality of products we received from Creative Remodeling of Orlando when renovating our home. Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. "We met with 3 other companies for Gutter quotes. Cindi Quick came out to give us the Bid. Save seemed to be very knowledgeable on product types, she was very thorough in measuring, looking atvthe typography of the yard. Our back yard had some slopes, estimating. She wasn't pushy, gave me the quote. After reviewing the company she was in competition with, we chose them. The team was able professional, and did a really good job. ð"

""They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"I asked Little Huggies to mow the yard while we were on vacation for several weeks. They mowed the yard with attention to how it looked when finished rather than just rushing to get it do so they could be off to the next job. And I appreciate that! And it looked great. They also transformed our driveway that was way over due to be pressure washed into the cleanest it has ever been. And our driveway had a lot of algae build up. Their technique of careful application of chemicals so that they soak into the concrete before pressure washing works better than any company's process I have ever seen. And I've used a lot of companies with little satisfaction. Excellent job. I will certainly hire them again!!"
