"This company did work for my neighbor. They ran a bobcat tractor through my yard without permission. They tore up my yard and damaged my sprinkler system. I contacted the owner multiple times with pictures. He confirmed via text messages and phone calls he would take care of it. This has been ongoing since July and I am done with this situation and being ignored. Do not trust this company, they will not make good on their mistakes, and they will lie and delay until you go away."

"Initially, Solutions Concrete was one of the best companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"I would say overall the experience was good he had really good feedback on how to design the patio effectively and to ensure that there wasn't any issues for the long haul had a really good experience walking through what my expectations were. The only thing would be for feedback is if there unforeen changes from either a request from the client or the project to present them sooner. The additional charge for site preparation came off in poor fourm to present after the project was completed rather then addressing it as it came up. But the final product was very good"

"Under no circumstances should you hire this company! I paid $7,000 in January 2016 to them to tear out my old cracked driveway, sidewalk, and parking pad, then install new ones. They poured it on a morning when the temp was below freezing, but when I questioned it, I was told there would not be any problems. FOUR weeks later, the driveway cracked down, then horizontal cracks started to appear. I found out from another concrete company it was because they failed to cut a vertical line in the center of the double driveway. When I confronted Terry, he got defensive and refused to take any blame, saying it was not their fault. I should have taken him to Small Claims Court. I still have all the photos of their shoddy work in case you are thinking of hiring this crook!"
