"wallpaper removal quick-and OK.. drywall repair in couple places was sloppy we had to do over.. some last minute conflicts with time he was supposed to show up and no protection- drop cloth or paper used so a LOT of little tiny stuck pieces of wallpaper all over bathroom- on countertops , in sinks, tub and on floor- horrible to try to scrape off grout on tile floor. He was a very nice person & offered to clean it up after he had already left & I informed him of the mess he left behind.. He also tracked little bits of sticky paper from bathroom to front door due to no paper down to protect surfaces. I gave him these recommendations for protecting his next customer's home & he seemed grateful for them but I am surprised at his lack of knowing this already. Very nice man & hopefully if he does better on next job he will get a better review. I feel like he have some major distractions going on while he was doing our job. We all have bad day and maybe that was happening for him. I feel like his reviews I based our hiring him on were very good and for whatever reason, he just was not up to our task,.
