"Mr Francois was highly professional, working efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only was he skilled in the assembly, but he also demonstrated potential as an organizer, ensuring everything was neatly arranged and clean after the job was done. "I hired Bill to remodel my bathroom. He did a complete rip out down to the studs. I had him remove the tub and install a new shower. He installed the drywall and all the tile and fixtures I picked. He did an excellent job. He was always on time and cleaned up everyday. He is friendly and honest. His work is excellent. Highly recommended."

Customers say: Quick response

"Mr. Gillett came to my home, listened to my concerns, evaluated the project and presented a professional proposal in a timely manner. We hired him for the cleaning gutter project. He showed on time, completed the project professionally and timely. I discussed with Mr. Gillett other projects that I would be interested in for the future. I will be employing OG Customes Handyman Services for my future projects. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a handyman."

"Chuck came into a mess after my contractor walked off the job. He was able to fix/repair many of the problems I was left with in a kitchen remodel along with painting and drywall repairs. He and his small crew did a great job getting the project back on track and in a timely manner. He communicated throughout the entire process. He was fair with his price and there were no surprises. I would recommend Chuck and will use him again."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

How often you should add water to your pool depends on how quickly the water evaporates. Keep an eye on your skimmer box, if you have one. Top up the water in your pool if you notice the water levels are lower than the bottom third of your skimmer. This helps prevent damage to your pump.

Replace all the water in your pool every five to seven years, depending on how often you use your pool, the weather, and whether or not you close your pool for the winter.

It can take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours to fill the average pool with water—and that’s if you use a couple of garden hoses. A water delivery service can fill your pool in one to three hours. Some services even pre-treat the water so it’s swim-ready as soon as it’s filled.

The type of sand you need for your sand filter depends on the manufacturer’s instructions, but you’ll need to use sand specifically for pool filters. Silica sand is a wallet-friendly, common choice that’s relatively easy to replace. You’ll choose between various grades of sand and different-sized sand grains.

You should always run your pool pump in freezing weather to keep the water moving. Doing so prevents the pool water from freezing and protects your pool from the damage that often comes along with frozen water. You should also run your pool pump when temperatures are approaching freezing, as a precaution. There’s no need to run a pool heater during the winter, as keeping water moving is generally enough to keep it from freezing.

Pool concrete or gunite can take several weeks to cure, or an average of 30 days, before workers can resume construction. Additional work and finishes push the time to build a pool out of concrete to between three and six months. There are many types of pools that take far less time, so keep these in mind if you're on a short timeline.
