"Simon responded very quickly to our request in Home Advisors (as opposed to 3 others who didn't bother responding at all). They came out the same day to evaluate the work we wanted done. Our job was a relatively small repair job to the outside of our house, but they treated it no differently than if it was a big one. They supplied us with a written estimate, unlike many vendors who give only verbal quotes. The price was reasonable and did not require any "unexpected" increases. Simon was very knowledgeable in explaining what was required and readily answered all our questions. The job was finished in just one day, looks great with the problem areas fixed and reinforced so that they wouldn't happen again. They were also diligent about cleaning up the old stucco pieces.
