"The boss man said he would match the grout color and get all the grout and tile clean. I came home from picking up my husband and the grout and caulking looked white. Then after he left I saw the kitchen tile that he was going to fix and it was white. My tiles and cream/ brown, I would call them earth tones. Once he began to remove the sand bed under the tile he found extensive water damage to the joists under the floor. He repaired the damage and replaced the sand bed and tile with water repellent properties included. He stood by his initial quote and with the only addition being materials. I intend to hire him again and would highly recommend him. He is courteous and professional."
