Professional screen enclosures and residential remodeling. Screen enclosures, sunrooms, trim work, wood flooring, drywall, painting and more. Family owned and operated. Quality work and great customer service. Licensed and insured. FREE estimates!

"Joe was amazing!! I could not have asked for a better result or contractor to do this job. They were able to get me scheduled right away whereas other contractors were wanting to get to me about a month and a half later. The work and material is top notch and it was done to perfection. Joe even worked while it rained heavily to ensure it was done on time. I have recommended ProScreens to my family and they have already got their lanai and balcony screened in as well. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs the service. You don't come across too many contractors that are honest and provide quality work, but this was definitely one of those rare contractors that goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction."

When you need a remodel, repair or lawn maintenance, we are committed to delivering premier customer service that is second to none. It is our highest priority to get the job done right the first time on every assignment.

"While I can't speak on the quality of their work, I can speak on one one of their hpeople. On Wednesday afternoon around 2:00 my family and I went into the North Lakeland Lowes. We were there for quite a long time trying to get some specific concrete masonry to repair the exterior my home. We had a cart of materials next to the pros desk and were checking out when no one was in line. We were asked if there was anything we still needed and when we mentioned that we still needed some masionary planks the staff at Lowes tried to help us find the last few things we needed. After a considerable amount of time trying to get these things done we finally decided to check out with what we had and be on our way. When that moment came up there was a misunderstanding. A man wearing a shirt with this business on it, clearly working in his professional duties, had a confrontation with my father-in-law. As a school teacher by profession what this man did was over the line. First as we approached the pros desk he said a really snide and uncalled for comment along the lines of "Hey old man, don't try to cut the line...the end is back there." Finding this man comments to be set up by him as clearly confrontational. He nothing and just stood where he was. Now, in this man's defense, he didn't know we had already tried to check out prior to him and the line's formation and my father-in-law could have made an effort to explain the situation; however, given the "old man" comment I don't blame my father-in-law for not trying to explain. After getting mad like a "child in a lunch line" and a resounding "f$%k you" from my father-in-law for the old man comments. The man started talking about how he was going to beat my father-in-law down in the parking lot. This man is half my age himself and I'm 42. My father-in-law is 67. He could have easily beat the snot out of either one of us. Here is where things really matter. I wouldn't be writing this at all considering the misunderstanding because i can see where the confusion took place; however, this same man from Southern Pros...once things had already descalated and all the ugly comments by this man were over, decided to wait for us in the parking lot. Thank God we saw him before leaving the store because This man had now removed his shirt, was bare chested, and ready to beat a man three times his age down. We had the Lowes managers escort us out to avoid that could have been bad situation. With all that said, I have an estate my dad left me that I might be repairing and needed help with soon. Based on this confrontation, I will never allow this company anywhere near my property, quality work or not, and will encourage anyone and everyone who will listen to STAY AWAY."

Sunrooms and Patios questions, answered by experts

Sunrooms are highly customizable and are built in a variety of configurations. The size and type will largely determine the overall cost of the project. Some of the most common types of sunrooms include:

  • Three-season room: $10,000–$40,000

  • Four-season room: $25,000–$80,000

  • Glass solarium: $30,000–$75,000

  • Conservatory or garden room: $5,000–$80,000

  • Atrium: $10,000–$35,000

  • Prefabricated sunroom: $5,500–$30,000

Yes, a sunroom will require a permit. You may just need a general construction permit for a screened-in porch or solarium. For a three-season room with electricity and a four-season room with electric, heating, and cooling, you’ll need additional permits for each of the utilities, as well as a roofing permit.

If you have multiple rooms that could use some organization, home storage solutions like cubbies in your mudroom or built-in shelving can help you move clutter off the floor. Take it one step further by pairing shelves and cabinets with personalized aesthetic touches like woven or canvas lined metal baskets to add another organizational element.

The average cost to enclose a patio to create a sunroom is around $5,000, and prices generally range from $3,000 up to $10,000. The price you pay will depend on the state of your patio and whether it needs repairs or additional structural support, the quality of the materials you choose, the size of your patio, and whether you plan to run utilities into and finish the sunroom. The price for a fully finished patio enclosure could run up to around $20,000, while you might pay just $2,500 for a screened-in porch.

The cost of winterizing a screened porch can vary depending on the chosen method and the extent of the modifications required. Simple options like installing vinyl panels or using vinyl sheeting tend to be more affordable, while creating a four season room can involve higher costs due to renovation expenses. It's best to consult with professionals or obtain multiple quotes to get an accurate estimate for your specific project.
